Reeta is the Co-Founder of Silverfern, has been a member of the firm’s Investment Committees for over 10 years, and is one of the principal contributors to the capital invested by the Silverfern Group Investors in each of the firm’s investments. Reeta is one of the few female general partners in the United States private equity industry, and brings over 25 years of senior investment experience to the Silverfern team. Reeta also leads all of Silverfern’s philanthropic activities.

Prior to Silverfern, Reeta was with Soros Funds Management with a specific focus on their private equity business.  Prior to Soros, Reeta spent 6 years on Wall Street, most recently with The Blackstone Group in New York as a member of the Blackstone Principal Group.

Reeta earned her Master of Business Administration degree from The Anderson School at UCLA, and her Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University.
