The Silverfern Group Exits its Investment in CSS Corp.

New York, NY, February 25, 2021 – The Silverfern Group, an investment management firm making direct investments in middle market private equity globally, today announced that it has exited its investment in CSS Corp. following the successful sale of the Company to a financial buyer.

CSS Corp. is a leading global provider of integrated technology support services offered predominately to U.S.-based companies through a global workforce of approximately 5,500 employees located across 11 offshore delivery centers. Silverfern invested in CSS in 2013 in partnership with Partners Group.
